Well you need to improve alot before you can submit this wallpaper to the gallery.
As it is now I can tell you for sure that it'll be rejected.

The theme of the wall is great, no question. But there are details you need to work on.

First of all:
Extraction Problems
you need to learn how to extract characters from scans. I bet you were using that polygon-lasso tool or something like this, magic wand or so.
Anyways I can still see that white borders around Ishida.

Image Quality Problems
Somehow the whole wall seems very pixelated to me. Try to save it in a bigger file size.

Ishida Coloring Problems
Ishidas coloring seems weird to me. And I feel like it just doesn't look good.
I suggest to make the filtre undone and then just take the scan as it is.

Minor Problem
Maybe this just bothers me but the Blue you used for the font doesn't match. It's too bright. Try to darken it some more.

Then this uhm... net... in the backgound on the right side it stands out too much. But I think that's just because the image quality isn't good enough right now.

I recommend you to extract your characters with the pen-tool and layer-mask.
